This is determined based on the current market for your property and negotiated with the realtor on a case by case basis. For example a mid-level price ranged studio condo in Waikiki will sell much faster than a large oceanfront home in Kahala. We’ll ensure our rates make sense for both the seller and the realtor.
While we don’t provide furniture rentals for day to day use, we would love to help you design and source pieces for purchase for your vacation property. Email us for options and rates.
Yes, totally! We’re so glad you asked! Part of our design consulting services is partial or full interior decoration. We work with you on the vision you have for the space, create a personalized shopping list of items, and can style and install once items have arrived. During this process we can also advise on paint color and wall treatments, lighting fixtures, and other foundational elements of the space, but keep in mind, we do not outsource or manage those contractor relationships.
It’s all the creative fun stuff we know you can struggle with. From coming up with overall event concept and theme, to color choices, and rental decor, we’re here to make the planning process simple and stress free. You decide how much help you need and we do the rest.

Depending on the project we’ve got a few options. If you need help for the long haul and really want us involved from top to bottom we can package our services with periodic payments. If you simply need us on board for a few tasks and want a sounding board for your ideas we are happy to provide our expertise at an hourly consulting rate.
